I was diagnosed a few years ago with Candida and Epstein Barr as a result of

too many antibiotics when I was younger. I also was diagnosed with cea.

The Candida diet is basically avoiding the same things that may flare up

your cea. There are plenty resources for the Candida diet and a book

called (I think) " The Yeast Cookbook " . It has lots of great recipies for

avoiding the stuff you should avoid for cea. And of course you can

change it according to your own reactions.

Subject: Foods that are OK

I have recently been diagnosed and have seen plenty of foods I am not

supposed to eat. Does anyone know of a list of foods or recipes that should

be OK?

Thanks,

Glad the ti-silk worked for you. It's working great for me too. I got the

suggestion originally from Suzi.
