Seems as if I can't win for losing. I was so please that the acute flare up from

the sebderm was calming down a bit but now I have another weird thing goin' on.

I had noticed it before so I odn't think that it is from the sebderm treatment.

if I look very closely ( i know, i know, bad idea ) and if I take my finger (

another bad habit ) and run it very lightly and gently in a downwards motion, I

get all these little white things popping out. If I rub my finger upwards, it

seems that they disappear. AM I going insane. It seems as if every pore is

spewing out something> could it be dead skin cells that got trapped in the pore

from the sebderm. Should I jsut leave it alone. try to wash them all out and

away?

I am off to do some vacuuming. If I don't keep busy I'll be looking and

wondering and worrying.
