Today I didn't feel like eating because I was throwing up. Right now I am eating some peanut butter crackers before going to bed. W Re: low blood sugar >>> when you eat something with sugar in it ... your pancreas releases too much insulin ... You will need to eat something, preferably protein, every 2 hours.
