It is amazing how little I eat

I only eat very little now days, so that I do not have an attack.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/Resource plus

Lunch: Beagle or half sandwich w/lean lunch meat or PBJ

Dinner: half sandwich w/lean lunch meat

Snack: Candy

Yet I still am able to maintain and I notice at times gain weight. I

attribute this to the vikoase 16's.

I hope everyone is doing O.K. Here in washington the dreary weather

is come in.
