Guest guest
Is there a way to make the pancakes without eggs? I tried with gelatin but they just melted. Thanks, Digest Number 2165
Guest guest
, My best suggestion for making eggless pancakes would be to use one of the egg-free recipes from pecanbread.com and then using muffin top pans to bake them in the oven. That way they will set without having to be flipped to cook on the other side. I bought mine at TJ Maxx, but haven't seen them there since then (or before then). If you look online, you can at least see what they look like. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
Guest guest
The chicken pancakes using Olive oil, vinegar & water work the best of any of the egg substitures I tried. (1 tblsp of olive oil, 1tplsp of water 1/2 tsp of baking soda & 1/2 tsp of vinegar for each egg). In fact I have never gotten anything but mush, with puree veges, applesauce or any of the other substitutes.
