Dear Debbie,

You might want to e-mail either Debbie or Dr. R (the online info

goes to his home) and ask if your information has been received yet.

I had my packet all sent in and everything just to find out that the

information for the insurance company had not been sent off. I want

to say that the staff at Durham is excellent to work with but due to

the great success of this surgery they are also very busy. Good luck

to you and Chris. I will say another prayer for your expedition and

surgery success.
