Guest guest
you put it in a milk shake or in porraige Re: -Ginger and arachidonic acid Hi ! You are talking my language! I have had on so so many types of herbs and vitamins. I don't believe I have tried slippery elm exclusively. I know when I took to a ayrevedic practicioner, he recommended ginger and turmeric, but this was when he was tiny and he wanted so many diet changes, which would have beenso difficult. But slippery elm would be a great idea. Also I wonder if ginger is sold in capsules? Talk to you later! Guest guest
Eilish has used Slippery Elm Powder for about 12months but it didn't;'t do much so we stopped it. Not to say it wont work in others. Plus it was disgusting. She nearly vomited whenever she took it, and that girl can stomached a lot of yucky potions.
