The larger the group gets, the more likely it is that negative or unhelpful messages are posted to the group. As the group is currently unmoderated, a clear set of rules is required. By its very nature of openeness the internet also attracts those who don't share the group's respect for each other. Any message that does not relate to the charter of the group is in violation of the rules of the group. In addition to messages adhering to the group charter, the following checks are applied. This is from Rotary International, and is called the 4 way test of the things we think, say or do. 1. Is it the truth ? 2. Is it fair to all concerned ? 3.
