Hi Trish

I too suffer dry eyes after laser surgery & also suffer mild rosacea -

I didn't make a link between the two until I contracted conjunctivitis

a couple of months ago. Basically I use saline eye drops each day -

that helps

refresh plus artificial tears, not preservative free -- because they

are more convenient and cheaper, if you can tolerate them, also they

are the only brand which does not produce an eye crust.
