and travel quite a bit around the USA. I have noticed that my skin

reacts differently in different areas(of the country that is)and am

looking for your help. I feel that boards like this are the answer to

getting things going in the research area on diseases like ours. I

have tried lots of items and avoided others thanks to comments on

this board. Special thanks to Drs.Lazoff and Sy in this area.

Anyway ,if you have the time, I would like to receive an email from

all in the group.If you live outside the country I welcome that data

also. I want to know a few things. First, the City and state you live

in. Second, if you have oily or dry skin. Third ,do you have problems

with breakouts(acne,bumps,ect)Fourth, flushing. Of course we all

realize that our disease has many permutations and levels of

symptoms but for my purpose keep it as simple as possible.

I will use myself as an example to give you the idea of what I

would like. I live in Chicago Illinois(PLEASE use the closest large

city within 50-100 miles of you exact location). I have oily skin.

Pick either oily or dry. Don't get too involved here. If you are

flakey or can skip washing a day consider yourself dry. If by lunch

you shine or wash 2x a day to control it you are oily. For breakouts

or the acne component use yes or no but add a level. Light, moderate,

or heavy. Do the same for flushing.

So under these guidelines my email to myself would be

Location:Chicago,Illinois....skin:Oily........

breakouts:yes/moderate.....flushing:yes/moderate.

I KNOW many other items play a part but I want to get an idea what

areas of the country we are from and if any correlation can be seen.

I am looking specifically at water and it's possible roll. We wash

with it and I have noticed that my skin is better in certain areas.

I also have the time and desire to do this. I have a map on my wall

and my computer is on and waiting. Yes I will post the results and

any conclusions I reach but give me time and please only ONE email I

can not reply or keep updating over 2000 members ( I am also going on

vacation the next few weeks). Remember please keep it simple like the

example and thanks for your help.
