Guest guest
I am now a fan of this web site. www.solutionscenter.com It mentions on how to test a product to see if it is comedogenic. Put a small amount on the surface of your kitchen sink and run water slowly over it. If it cleanly washes away, then it is not comedogenic. My results correlated well with clinical observation. Sulfoxyl Regular lotion: not comedogenic clinically -- washes off with slight water Sulfacet-R: not comedogenic -- washes off with a bit more water Brevoxyl -- Sticks, and clogs the strainer!!! Clinically, the mother of all comedogenic substances. Triaz 6% gel -- High affinity for sink surface, almost permanent!!! Comedogenic in practice. Gold Bond -- Sorry, don't have any to test. Everyone try this test on your products and see if they pass. It has correlated for me.
