And even though the instructions say it works better if left as a white paste on the face, I don't - so yes, it's about time manufacturers realised that nobody wants to go around looking like Casper's cousin. Adam, if you want any more info on the diet (although Alena seems to have done a good job there!), you're quite welcome to e-mail me. As you can see from what Alena says, you have nothing to lose except any bits of extra " padding " you may have on you! My son's acne has also cleared up just about completely (!!) using just diet and dietary supplements (including grapefruit seed extract), so there is something to be said for it. I enjoy reading the posts on this list, though sometimes I have to rush through them . Everyone seems to have something interesting to say or to suggest, and it's nice to be able to have this source of information and support.
