Transdermal LDN bypasss

the gut. Dr. McCandless

found a formulation for

fast absorbing transdermal

(TD) LDN. Here's how to

obtain TD LDN.

If you're interested,

your pharmacist can

contact Tyrus at Coastal

Compounding in Savannah,

GA, phone 866-354-5188,

only a licensed

pharmacist may call to

get the formulation for

making the TD LDN. Or if

you want to order

directly from Coastal

Compounding in Savannah,

GA that's fine also.

The TD LDN is applied

anywhere on the skin

between the hours of 9pm

and 3am.

Thanks for your replies, . I am a nutritionist and have an excellent

understanding

of diet. Unfortunately, my constipation doesn't respond to dietary intervention

(I've tried

every possible diet including anti-candida, SCD, Maker's, macrobiotic,

gluten-free, high

fiber, low fiber, zero fiber [elemental]... as well as every supplement under

the sun). I

posted about this several weeks ago. The constipation starts when I start LDN,

and it

stops when I stop LDN. It's not a dietary issue.

I am currently using the transdermal LDN. Though it does bypass the gut, it

still elevates

levels of endogenous opioids which can contribute to constipation (as the doctor

describes

in his post below).

Hi Chris

Have you tried Zelnorm for the constipation?

My sister, who is now in complete remission from Crohn's (going on 7

months on LDN), found that Zelnorm removed the constipation. She

then went off the Zelnorm at about month 4 without the constipation

returning.

Chris:Have you tried Zelnorm??  I take this as constipation is a huge problem for me.This seems to help quite a bit.  Im the same, have tried all the things you have and to no avail.  Again, this is a drug so you might not want to go that route.KathyOn 26-Nov-06, at 2:33 PM, chriskjezp wrote:Thanks for your replies, . Have you tried adding a magnesium suppliment(400 - 1200mg daily)?

Magnesium

is good for cleansing and elimination. " Since magnesium is a major

muscle relaxant, it helps restore good bowel tone and normal

peristalsis --that alternating muscle relaxation and contraction in

the intestines. " (Ann Louise Gittleman author of The Fat Flush Plan)

Common culprits for losing Magnesium in our body are coffee, tea,

soda and alcohol. Additional magnesium deficiency symptoms are

nervousness, irritability, depression fatigue, palpitations, tremors

and spasms.

Unfortunately, my constipation doesn't respond to dietary

intervention
