Been reading the posts with much interest. This past month has been

extremely difficult. Standing in the bathroom and applying Miracle

whip was the last straw, of course it burned immensely. Then went to

purchase an aloe vera plant but found that to be irritaing too. In

the meantime have ordered the samples of cea Care products and

also some Kay. Every new product sounds great but I have a

closet full of useless stuff. I also have been taking an Alieve a day

for unrelated problems and wonder if that has contributed to the

flare. Have stopped taking that this past week, but now I really

ache. What's a safe alternative? The flakes have really subsided.

Is it because I am no longer using the vita oil? Right now my face

is just really red and sensitive and have some pastules on my

cheeks, forehead and chin. Will start tonite with the cea Care

cleanser and see what happens. The best thing right now seems to be

lots of water and no products but that doesn't help my redness and

pimples. Two years ago I used some make-up by Arden because

that's what the derm recommended. It was very moisturizing and did

not irritate my skin. So went to get some more of that and of course

they have discontinued that line. The girl gave me some samples of

what they replaced it with so will also try that. Don't you just

love having to deal with this all? For a whole year I had no

problems with just washing my face with NuCelle Cleanser and applying

the Zinco, my skin was great. Did it take a whole year to finally

have reaction to that regime? I thought I had found the solution.

Now I am back to experimenting. Am also going the route of limiting

dairy products. Is that an irritant? So here I go again. Lots of

luck to you all and I'll let you know how cea care goes for me.
