Mack, The majority of children here have been transitioned fron the Gluten Free Diet and most are doing well because they now exclude harmful starches and sugars as well as gluten. Dairy is not mandatory but expecially the yogurt is helpful and many with concerns find their child can tolerate it. SCD does require strict compliance but as it unfolds you will find the food selection generous. Please read the BTVC book and study the recommended web sites throughly. It will help you to a good start. Welcome and good luck! Carol F.
Guest guest
Dear, Mack This is a much better diet. ...for all of us... My son Toren, now 12, was very underweight 72 ibs, In conjunction with MME www.amri-intl.com 1- he gained 10 lbs in the first five weeks(improved) 2-He started to breathe through his nose, not mouth(improved) 3-His asthma went away(improved) 4-His self injurious behaviors have virtually resolved (lasting). GFCFSF, rotation and avoidance worked at first, then we hit a plateau I've put my daughter on it (gut issues) she is improved I believe we'd even have better success if ex wouldn't do so many infractions mack8233 mack8233@...> wrote: Hi - My son is 3 years old and has been GF/CF/SF and egg and peanut free for almost a year now.
