Hi ,

I have heard that there have been a few people who have had the MGB and then had

babies. I don't know if any of them are on this email list. Some of the

post-ops may know who they are. I know that some people have had the surgery in

part to help them carry a pregnancy when they have had trouble in the past.

I get the feeling that if you do really well after the surgery, and are very

careful to get your vitamins and the best possible nutrition from what you eat,

that a pregnancy would be very possible. I think it would be a good thing to

ask Dr. R about.

Good luck with your insurance approval. I am waiting to hear from mine.
