I don't know why I missed it, I have been reading the posts- Just not

posting much but Reglan caused a very similar reaction in me. I got

very anxious, nervous, couldn't keep still. I still take Reglan, PO,

but when that happens I have to take a med to combat it.--

Vistaril,Ativan,xanax-Something. Whatever the doctor has ordered. I

use it because I have gastroparesis and without it, my nausea and

abdominal pain are tripled. It is worse when I have to use it IV ( I

don't know why) so I make sure there is an order on the chart for

something for agitation. Sorry I didn't reply sooner.

Don't worry about taking a bit to get back to me.

I have taken reglan orally many times with no problem. I was on 5 mg 3 times a

day (although I normally only remembered it twice a day) for about two years.

It helped with the nausea and helped keep things moving! They gave me 10 mg IV

two times. The second time the reaction was much worse. From now on, I'm going

to tell the doctors and hospitals I'm allergic to it.
