I am new to this group. I have a 5 yr old asd son, who is on a very

restricted diet. I need suggestions for breakfasts and lunches for a

kid that can't eat gluten, casein, soy, yeast, corn, peanuts, rice, all

sugars except stevia, and the only fruit he eats is pears, and a little

yellow apple. Any suggestions are very much appreciated. I am

especially desperate for a cereal idea- he REALLY wants to have cereal,

something cold, and crunchy is preferred. Any ideas for one that I can

buy, or make myself?

Thank-you.

Amber.
