Guest guest
, If I remember right you also suffer from sebderm which would explain your flakes - again you need to exfoliate these flakes. They could be contributing to the blackheads. With sebderm your skin likes to accumulate rather than slough off I'm quite sure the oil was loosening up the junk stuck in your pores. Keep in mind that that the deep blackheads that you speak of did not get there overnight so (unless you go get a facial) you aren't going to fix the problem overnight. Stick with the moisturizer massage for a full month. Close your eyes (if this helps) while you are cleaning your face and while you are moisturizing. Feel every little area with the tips of your fingers and " listen " to what your skin is telling you. Blackhead plugs feel rough to your fingers so when you are on that area visualize your fingers going in a circle around each individual pore like you are loosening up a cake around the edges trying to get it out of the pan. Imagine while moisturizing that the moisturizer is working like greasing the pan so the cake will slide right out so that you don't have to loosen it up with a spatula to get it out. It wouldn't hurt to throw in a visualization about relaxing the pore and having the oil release itself. I think you can both listen and talk to your body at any rate it couldn't hurt. Resist the urge to squeeze prematurely or you could risk breaking a capillary trading a clogged pore for a red dot. Give it some time to work, try and enjoy the process and keep me posted.
