You can puree or shred the carrots and put into a meatloaf or hamburgers. Will

he eat the gelatin or fruit? The intro is only 2-5 days. I think SCD is worth

giving a fair 2- 3 month try. You can do this.

There are many mothers who will help you and the moderators are good.

Clear your house of non scd foods so you won't be tempted to give in.

eggs, tomatoes, nuts. So I end up giving him a lot of ground turkey

or beef or chicken. It seems like he eats almost about a pound of

Marie,

Try cooking the vegetables first. Then drain. Then, put them in a

food processor and puree until it is the texture of baby food.

Use a green veggie and an orange veggie. You will get a brownish mixture.

Take the raw meat and pulse your food processor until the veggie

mixture is blended into the raw meat. Then prepare the meat as

hamburgers or a meat loaf.

Then your son will not be able to pick the veggies out of his meat

because he won't be able to see them.

You can do this with about a pound of veggies and a pound of meat.

Another really good way to hide veggies is to make a tomato sauce and

puree vegetables into it before you serve it on his meat.
