Guest guest
I've not seen haloumi cheese listed as a legal cheese so I expect it isn't legal but would like to check. Also, is there is a legal alternative to haloumi. As well as being tasty, the great thing about haloumi is its texture. It keeps firm when grilled or roasted. We used to have it roasted with butternuts, peppers and onions. I was wondering if I could do an SCD legal version of this?
