I used Ultra Pasteurized Half & Half and didn't realize it until I was

done. The instructions that came with my Yogourmet said that this is not

recommended. Did I just ruin 2 quarts of yogurt? I am letting it incubate

for 24 hours anyway and see what happens. Does anyone know why it isn't

recommended?
