Guest guest Posted January 30, 2002 Report Share Posted January 30, 2002 I would like to know if any of the readers who have been treated with photoderm have used topical niacin before the photoderm treatment. The niacin is supposed to induce a extreme flush and because of this flush the photoderm treatment is much more effective. If so, can you tell me the exact prescription. Someone told said her derm used 250 mg niacin topical cream. Does anubody have a similair experience. I really would like to know so i can sugest this to my derm.
