WE are still waiting, getting bumped around

My sister was at U of M for over a week. She has been very ill and

keeps getting recurring attackes of acute pancreatitis. They bumped

her off the surgery list on Monday and now she has to wait till

Friday. They feel this will end up being a diagnosis of idiopathic

pancreatitis. She is tired of getting treated like yesterday's

leftovers. It seems to me that even the best hospitals are not well

staffed and equipped to take care of patients. I hope her PCP sends

her somewhere else out of state next time. God bless you all and I

wish you to be as pain free as you can. HUGS

I am sorry to hear that they put off your sister's surgery. Just wanted you

to know I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow. You take care

and thanks for being such a loving and caring sister. The support of others

is so important at times like this.
