My son is back on the SCD since yesterday. I need some ideas to put iin his

lunchbox for school tomorrow. He eats a LOT, but is pretty picky. I do not

have the option of heating his lunch, and he is non dairy so far. He will not

eat cold pancakes or anything breadlike except muffins. He won't eat veggies

either. Thanks,
