Other reactions include flu like symptoms, increases urination, stool color changes. see http://pecanbread.com/badreaction.html My son had this when he started the diet. It was really strange for him because he is usually going about so fast I can barely keep up with him but when he started the diet he was so tired he couldn't get out of his own way.
