Guest guest
This makes a lot of sense for seb derm because many of the studies I have read state that people with medical conditions that render them immobile suffer a lot more from seb derm than active people. With me, my seb derm got much worse when I switched jobs from being on my feet and running around for 12 hours a day (restaurant manager) to a desk job with very little physical activity. However, be careful of sweating too much as excessive sweating and heat do make my seb derm conditions worse--I would therefore suggest moderate to rigorous exercise as long as you don't sweat such as a running machine in an air conditioned area > >To: rosacea-support >Subject: vigorous exercise-improving seb derm >Date: Thu, 14 Mar 2002 19:19:12 +0000 (GMT) > > >I'm sorry to go over old ground again. > >I know aerobic exercise is meant to be a bit of a no go area for rosacea , >and admittedly, as I've mentionned before i go an alarmingly red colour all >over when doing strenous activity BUT it seems to get rid of my seb derm if >I do it for a while. > > > >Saying that my rosacea does progress... > > > >--------------------------------- >
