White patches/lines under eyes

I was wondering if anyone else on the board suffers from white

patches/lines/wrinkles under the eyes. I'm assuming it's lymph

fluid that has accumulated from the broken blood vessels in my face -

but maybe I'm wrong. If so do you know what it is and how to

stop/prevent them from occuring. Any advice would be greatly

appreciated!
