How do you treat pre-rosacea. the topicals are for the pimples only or do the topicals help prevent the rosacea from advancing. If so I am in big big trouble I was diagnosed 12-13 years ago and I have not used any topicals for longer than a few days, I might have held out for a week?? I still don't have any pimples.
