There are great cracker recipes in SCD cookbooks and on SCD Recipes for those who miss the starchy stuff on GFCF. . When you get settled from the transition, steal a little time to experiment with a few recipes. I made a Frittatta for breakfast. Total prep time 5-10 minutes. Carol F.
