If it's to prevent food allergies, I would ask about using Gastrocrom, not

Singulair.

Our case may be unique, but my younger son did very poorly with Singulair.

Gastrocrom is a mast cell inhibitor and it's taken before each meal to prevent

histamine from being produced.
