I use 8 oz. of fat free yogurt (any flavor, but I prefer vanilla), approximately 1/2 cup orange juice, and mix any combination of frozen fruits you like. I add peach slices, blueberries & strawberrries to mine. I also add a scoop of whey protein powder to it. I then blend until it's smooth. I find this filling & refreshing. Hope this helps you out.
