Guest guest
Hey.......try 1/2 grapefruit juice and 1/2 cranberry juice. It looks pretty and tastes great. Sipping it takes about a hour to drink...great for social occassions where " everyone else " is partaking. When we went to a nightclub to hear my daughter sing the other night, I ordered an orange juice and they put all the garnishes on the glass...cherry, orange slice, straw..... I felt like I fit right in. I guess you could say I had a virgin screwdriver. I've never been a drinker, I only liked drinks where you couldn't taste the alcohol......guess I'm a sissy. > > Bye, > Genz > > Boingy300@... wrote: > > > I probably drink alcohol twice a year. When I do I make sure I do it well. 1 month before surgery I got together w/ a bunch of girlfriends and had a slumber party(yes we are 35-45 years lod)Yes we overdrank, learned the latset dances, played quarters and ate. It was a roaring good time! Now that I'm post-op I truly don't have the desire to drink, still get together w/ the girls and still have a great time! Alcohol post-op would make me sick! I don't even like the thought of a drink!...except I do want to lick the salt off a margarita glass now!hmmmm? > > Osler > > solid gold dancer > > mgb 2/21/00 > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Get 6 months of FREE* MSN Internet access! > > http://click.egroups.com/1/5725/3/_/453517/_/961874914/ > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > > > This message is from the Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List at Onelist.com > > Please visit our web site at http://clos.net > > Get the Patient Manual at http://clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > STEALS AND DEALS!
