As far as SCD goes, I don't know. But, if you have a celiac or gluten

intolerant person in your house, the stone will be contaminated with

gluten - if you use it with regular flour products - because it's porous.

Steph, Aspie, IgA allergies to gluten & casein

DH, IgA to gluten (mostly SCD)

DS8, Aspie, Derm Herp celiac,IgA to casein

DS3, Celiac, IgA to casein & eggs, other food allergies, too

All SCD 8 weeks
