I have tried so many things and I think I was just compounding the problem and making it worse. I would faithfully follow all instructions and then end up with my skin looking worse. I believe the steroid use over the years has just killed my skin. I wash once at night and apply the Nucelle Serum, rinse in the morning and apply moisturizer and the Zinco cream. The improvement is slow but I can see a little. I am trying really hard to resist the urge to try more products. This sounds gross but if I don't wash my face for a couple of days my skin feels great and is not so red. But that's a hard habit to break,not washing.
