Guest guest
I've also seen results from changing my diet/eating habits. I actually began this process to loose weight/get in shape before i found the cea support group. I started following a diet called Lean Bodies by Cliff Sheats. It empahisizes complex/NOT processed carbs, very low sugar, low saturate fats, extra essential fatty acids, lots of water and 3 meals a day with two snacks in between. I now realize that this type of eating program is essential for me, not just to maintain my energy and weight, but also to avoid flares. I haven't read the cea Diet, but it sounds like there is a lot of overlap. I've found the the WORST culprit is sugar, especially refined sugar in desserts. > I also have that afternoon redness and burning.
