Guest guest
Adam, I had a similiar problem with rashes after I took a shower. My skin became red in places and itchy. It was also extremely dry. I finally realized that it was the chlorine level in my water that was causing it. I have been washing my face w/ purified water and have noticed a difference in the last week. Ofcourse, I have still been showering, but I don't let the water touch my face and try not to let it touch my neck because that is where it is the worse. I am having a carbon filter and a water softner installed tomorrow which should remove the chlorine and other problems. This is costing about $1600.00, so you know I was pretty desperate. I have really bad allergies, so I guess my skin just reacts to things that don't bother other people. My husband is not bothered by the water, but my sister came for a visit and it bothered her. You may want to have your water professionally tested. Good Luck.
