Guest guest Posted January 23, 2006 Report Share Posted January 23, 2006 I made the chicken tots yesterday with safflower oil and they held together fairly well, but today I used olive oil and they fell apart. We ended up eating them like stuffing. Any suggestions as to what went wrong? Used baked chicken, french cut green beans and chuck of elephant garlic.
