Guest guest Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 We have a horrible sensitivity to gluten and had to give away our stone ware that had absorbed all the gluten molecules prior to being diagnoses with gluten sensitivity/allergy/intolerance/Celiac Disease. I cook in glass whenever I can, and use 100% paper cupcake holders for the muffins.
