Guest guest
http://www.niaid.nih.gov/factsheets/cold.htmhttp://www.niaid.nih.gov/fac\ tsheets/cold.htm and others at cfparents; I do hope that this will prove helpful in answering 's original questions about the common cold. Obviously, this site does not address the special needs of those with cystic fibrosis, in whom bacterial infection is almost certain to follow exporusre to a common cold virus or even bacterial in fection which would pose less threat to those without lung disease, allergies or sinusitus. I hope this proves helpful. Love to all at cfparents as we head into the major virus season! n Rojas ---------- [internetShortcut] URL=http://www.niaid.nih.gov/factsheets/cold.htm Modified=E0BCC6523C94C20147
Guest guest
Thank you n. This is a very useful URL. Basically, it confirmed what I thought. My husband did clarify that what my brother thinks is that a cold caused by a virus isn't such a big deal and shouldn't bother us. He's always been clueless. He thinks I'm worried only about bacteria in her lungs. He doesn't get the whole mucus thing obviously. Anyway, Thanks for much for the feedback . Once again, you are very helpful. - mom to Emma 2 years w/cf and Isabelle 4 years wo/cf ________________________________________________________________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
