Don't yell at me! :-)

Just checking (hopefully) to see if any of these foods are legal:

Medford Farms Pure Apple Butter, No Sugar Added --ingredients

say " made from fresh apples and apple cider, nothing else added

Medford Farms Pure Pear Butter, No Sugar Added -- ditto for pears.

Musselman's Natural Unsweetened Applesauce -- ingredients, " Apples,

water, and salt "

Gorge Delights Pear Bar (there's also a pear/blueberry,

pear/strawberry, and pear/cranberry version) -- ingredients

say " pear puree, pear concentrate, pears "

Ceres 100% Fruit juices in juice boxes -- I know Elaine said no

juice boxes, but I wondered if that was about added sugar. The

Mango flavor says " mango puree, apple and/or pear juices "

Green Tree Apple Chips -- from Digestive Wellness

Any thoughts?

Not sure on this will have to look into it. But if this is a dried

fruit product (and it seems to be by the name) it will be very

difficult to digest for an injured gut. If your child isn't ready

to digest it, it will just feed the harmful microflora that you are

trying to starve. Is your child having good bowel movements,

behaviours better etc. If yes, they *may* be ready for a little bit

of dried fruit if not then it is best to wait until more healing

occurs.
