Hi Dr. Rutledge,

I have read your report and it sounds good to me. Have you ever

heard the saying, " A picture is worth a thousand words " ? Well, I

think you should let at least 50% of your patients go with you and

just show the results. Of course, I'm only teasing you, but a trip

to Tennessee would be nice....... I hope you have a great time and

your paper is accepted with standing ovations......

With my love,

Pamela Carriker (pianopgc@...)

Dr. Rutledge,

I've read both drafts of your paper for the conference. It looks very good to

me. I think you have covered the different topics clearly and well. Not being

a doctor myself, it is hard to know exactly what they will be looking for in

this type of paper, but it does seem that you have covered well all the things

they might want to know about. It certainly seems clear from the evidence you

present in the paper that the MGB is the best and safest choice available in

weight loss surgery. It also seems to me that a report that includes such

positive results from 643 patients is a very significant report. I would guess

that the only thing more that anyone would want from a study of the MGB is long

term results, and only time can provide that.

Good luck at the conference! We will all be thinking about you and looking

forward to hearing how it went.

Dr. R.

I read your 2nd draft and it sounds wonderful to me. It is very clear and

concise and covers all of the material. Wow 643 - that's amazing and so are

you. Sharons43@...
