Sharon,

I use Coconut oil on my son as a moisturizer too, usually after his bath.

Like Carolyn said it melts in your hand, and you don't have to worry about

anything questionable seeping into your son's body. I also use it myself.

Hi Sharon,

I hope that the olive oil is working. If not, I know one mom who uses

coconut oil on her skin and her children's skin right before bedtime.

The coconut oil is a solid in the jar but has a low melting point, so it

melts in your hand and can be put on like a lotion. (I have never used

it for lotion).
