Guest guest
What symptoms did you have? I had this huge reaction to Culturelle because I started a huge dosage. Has anyone just toughed it out with their reactions to enzymes or probiotics? I'm not sure anyone here takes Culturelle...it has been recommended to me by others who do the diet. gwen Petrolino lkpetrolino@...> wrote: Ok- I think I might have figured out the answer to my fermentated food reaction. Yesterday I got my Houston enzymes. Started taking them today, started just with pepizyme and prime zyme (waiting on the no phenol, because I am scared of a huge die off that I can' t handle) What did I notice, I had the same reaction as when I eat fermented foods, I was taking digestive enzymes before, but obviously not as powerful...........so this means that it is obviously a good thing. Guest guest
I'm quite sure that Culturelle is illegal on SCD. For what its worth, my son was taking it BEFORE we started SCD, and it didn't manage to help with the c.diff (based on his OAT test). That's really all it's useful for they way I understand it. Either way, its SCD illegal. Becky mom to Noah (6, HFA) and (3, NT) SCD 12 days > What symptoms did you have? I had this huge reaction to Culturelle because > I started a huge dosage. Guest guest
Culturelle is not SCD legal. But, my daughter had to start it today on doc's orders. I gave her a half of a capsule so far. That was probably too much. We'll see. Jenn & k Re: Fermented Foods and Enzymes What symptoms did you have? I had this huge reaction to Culturelle because I started a huge dosage. Guest guest
Yes, this is good, this is what happened to use too, just keeping going slow and gradually increase dosage, back off if it seems too much, let your body tell you how much you can handle. Don't force it, there is no such thing as a standard dosage for anybody. Summer Petrolino lkpetrolino@...> wrote: Ok- I think I might have figured out the answer to my fermentated food reaction. Guest guest
Thank you Summer, that is reassuring to know that they are doing what they are supposed to do, how long did this first period last for you all? > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread >Subject: Re: Fermented Foods and Enzymes >Date: Sat, 18 Mar 2006 08:58:21 -0800 (PST) > >Yes, this is good, this is what happened to use too, just keeping going >slow and gradually increase dosage, back off if it seems too much, let your >body tell you how much you can handle.
