Overwhelmingly, the answers I got were that many people can only eat that and less in the very beginning and that after a few weeks that will change to a slightly larger capacity. I'm to the point where I need to plan a shopping trip for the supplements. Has got that planned out yet? You DO NOT even dare enter the big butt contest! You cannot win. You're not even a contender.
