Guest guest
This website on black skin has been advocating sulfur and I came upon it while researching sulfur. While I am not black, and few blacks have rosacea, I like some of its diet recommendations. I noticed eating 4 Metrx bars, each with 100% of the USRDA of iodine, and a pound of mozzarella cheese, and shortly thereafter, this caused me to break out. Also, they recommend avoiding nuts, and so do and . So, my question is, they also advocate avoiding all dairy products. Is whey protein, mike protein isolate, and/or caseinate considered a diary product which should be avoided by an acne person or just the basic milk, yogurt, and cheese what they mean? What specific element of dairy is bad, or is any, even how slightly derrived from dairy, proscribed. website: www.solutionscenter.com Avoid iodine in the diet, including salty snacks, fast foods, all processed foods, seasoned salt, iodized salt, soy sauce, products with MSG, seaweed, sushi, Chinese food, Mexican food, nuts, dairy products, processed meats (lunch meat, deli sandwiches, bacon, franks, sausage) kelp, vitamin supplements and condiments containing kelp, MSG and/or iodized salt. Avoid dairy, especially cheese. Believe this....cows are dumb as bricks, bored, uneducated and jobless, so they stand around all day (like unemployed folks standin' on street corner) and lick huge blocks of salt. Cheese is a major acne aggravator and it makes you retain water and get hella bloated. Hormone-laden foods, including wheat germ and peanut products, must be avoided. Some cold and flu medications contain bromides and can aggravate acne.
