Can someone suggest to me a good cookie recipe that are nice and soft

and don't fall apart? I've tried a couple that have turned out SO

crumbly. I can't use any form of sugar, so if there is honey in it, I

have to replace it with stevia. And I can't use peanuts, or bananas.

I need something that will hold together for travelling.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thank-you-

Amber. 3 kids ADD, asd, nt

New to diet.

My son is on prescription anti-fungals because he has a large yeast

overgrowth. He is severely autistic, and his DAN Dr. said that any form of

sugar would be bad for him right now- because they all feed yeast. I give

him a little bit of pear, pear juice, and apple, and he's started giggling

again. His DAN Dr. said that the only form of sweetener he can have right

now is stevia.
