Hi I am new to the posting part, but have been reading posts for a

few months now. Thank you all for all the information you continue to

give on cea. I am fortunate enough at this point to experience

the flushing and burning, even though I do have the constant rash on

my face. My pustules are less and less lately and even then very

small and minor.

First, I have been taking oil of oregano capsules for a few months. I

started because I had a sinus infection, it cleared that up,as it did

the strep my son had and the ear and upper respirtory infection my

brother had. As for my rosacea I had never thought of a connection.

My face has been better, but that is also, because I am learning what

foods not to eat, and to keep cool.

Second, about a month ago I started aloe vera. I bought cheap stuff

at Trader Joes, it was not 100% pure, and it burned! So then I went

to a Health food store and bout Aubrey organic's 100% pure aloe and

that did not burn. It has to be refrigerated as it is pure and will

go bad. When I run out I am going to just buy a plant and use that a

lot cheaper and pure.

I am tired of wasting money on products I can't use. So I am happy to

have at least for now found a few things that work. I use the

metrogel lightly, the aloe, then Evening Primrose (from Aubrey)

lotion on my face 2-3 times a day. I drink ALOT of cold water, and

have for years, avoid alcohol and about 75 different foods, and

refined flours and sugars. I take a half of benedryl at night and I

have been having less flares. I do flare fast when I exert myself and

it is even just warm out.

I look forward to reading more from all of you!
