Today I tried to order Dr. Nase's book (please read

below) does anyone have a number where I can reach

whoever is responsible for this. I'm pissed off &

stressed out from this!!

Today I ordered the book via credit card from your

site. When I submitted my request it told me the

billing & card holders address were different from

each other (even though I had entered everything

correctly). So I tried again.

I called the bank and they said I have been charged

twice for the book, even though the website gave no

indication that it had accepted my card at all.

I therefore request that you refund immediately the

cost of one of these books. My name is Page or

M.M. Page. Please let me know when I can expect the

refund.

This has cost me a lot of stress today. "

Jane, I had the same double-ordering problem several weeks ago --

before confirming I saw my order had been inadvertently doubled, and

I couldn't reliably un-order the extra copy or place a new order

without the same thing happening. So I never placed the order, but I

did email Dr. Nase (address is on his Web site) and informed them of

the online ordering snafu.
