Guest guest
Margie, Before I left Durham I told Dr. R that I was starting to feel a little tired and I wondered if I should start my Thyroid med again and he said to wait another week on the meds that the fatigue was from not enough potassium and I should consume more salt. I started to add salt deliberately and I'm doing great. We should go easy on the carbs. I swear by my watermelon and salt, it's real easy on the tummy. I'm glad melons are in season. Hope you get to join us soon. Love, Genz MCypher31@... wrote: > Genz, > > Hi, What did Dr.R say causes fatigue?? If you dont have the carbs or the > potassium?? Thanks, By the way How are ya doin?? Guest guest
a, try the sugar free Instant Breakfast, it's not bad. I liked the Ensure. It was tasty and filling and was very satisfying. I mixed my supplements in it. Flo a Warner wrote: > > Oh FLo... I wish I could find something I liked. I tried this other > stuff similar to Ensure and it made me gag.
